I don't have any problems with a ragged right page of typography. It's not distracting to me at all. But I do find that my reading slows down with the (very distracting) unnecessarily large spaces between words sometimes found on a fully justified page of text.

I also believe that the ragged right edge allows me an anchor to the text, where I don't lose my place that often. On a fully justified page I tend to lose my place more often.
