Glad you got your Calibre troubles figured out. On that note (Calibre), is adding a Table of Contents hard? Is there a plugin that will do it? Just a heads up that this freebie mentioned in June's thread doesn't have a ToC (Smashwords/Kobo, but I'd assume the file is the same at all vendors?)
