Device: Galaxy Tab A (2019) - iPhone 11 - KA1 - Onyx Boox Nova Pro
Got an email from Sony and they've de-authorised all six devices but having problems authorising the PC the progress bar gets stuck half way through, trying uninstalling/installing software again.

EDIT: This is strange, whiles in the process of authorising the PC I went to my account and the PC is already there!! Any thoughts?
