1) Connect to the serial port of the Kindle.
See our "Master index" sticky thread to find the details.
2) Use the commands of the stock u-boot (either the boot version or the "bis" version) to load your image into ram.
3) Test heavily.
4) (not so optional) - Have a recent release of Kubrick on-hand and ready to go if you mess up step #2
