Actually I'd be surprised if you could see the difference between the screen resolution of the 350 and the Glo! Because the 350 had a physically smaller screen it had a ppi (pixels per inch) of 200, while the Glo has a ppi of 212, just a tiny bit more. Now Glo vs a 650 or a T1, that I can definitely see, but they had a ppi of 166.
I am not sure if there's a real need for the 2048 res, but 1024 I definitely enjoy having.
