The author has fully retracted what she said, and the Salon article now has been updated to reflect that. Author has also stated over and over again that this has been blown up way out of proportion, and that she was not ever threatened nor was she bullied. She is also blaming her bad behavior on... As I said I can't confirm anything i only gathered that information from her original blog post and the author comments on FB. I did think it smelt fishy
It certainly won't make me want to read her book any more than I didn't want to before.
