I have not tried to get a table accepted by amazon...Hitch would definitely be able to let you know if they don't allow it...but it works very well on the ereader of my choice.

I'm sorry to keep pissing on your parade tonight, but tables are forbidden, ABSOLUTELY, for Kindle inline TOC's. I'm happy to provide the page number/paragraph reference from the Formatting Guidelines, if anyone wants it....
