I'm not giving just anyone access to my child's mind and forming morals. And that is exactly what reading is. It is a meeting of minds over the medium of the written word. We have quite frank discussions with our son but it is us informing him not any sicko with the will to write a book.

Plus, the 'local library' has changed DRASTICALLY in the last 30 yrs.
