downloader for ePapers (webreader)

I'm not sure wheater I'm right here. I'm looking for a downloader for online ePapers.
The reason is quite simple, I want to read a magazin offline. Recently, one of my magazine has started to publish its issues online as ePaper and any subscriber of the paper version can read it but only online (there's isn't any extra offline sub or so). I can print a single site but not an entire issue. Is there a way to download an entire issue?
