Even if it is not supported in Sigil, they can still use it and enjoy it if their reader does

As far as I know, Sigil will not remove CSS code it doesn't understand.
Then, of course, we have the issue with CSS properties and selectors that should or must be supported by ePub2-compliant readers, and yet many don't, which turns the difference between ePub 2 and ePub 3 into just a difference in reader support (regarding CSS).
