Hello, I am knew so I hope I am doing this right. I published a book on smashwords.com and it has not been edited professionally. I have worked on it extensively but it needs another pair of eyes or what I thought might be solution use software. I downloaded software to proof read it from Serenity Software and I have been having problems all day trying to get it to work (no help from them thus far). The issue is that it keeps saying that auto save feature of Word is still on when it is not so it will not load the document. Has anyone used this software before and if so ran into this problem? Fix?
