People have been stomping their feet about this for a very long time saying that book sellers/device manufacturers could elect to have both live on their devices. It hasn't happened yet and I would not hold my breath waiting to have it happen in the future.

Never said you could load books with the wrong DRM onto a device (that's up to the setup of the RMSDK). You can however use ADE to read books with both forms of DRM that's all I meant.
