Not always but my last negative experience did have put an author on my ban list. I try to be understanding as I realize they are people just like us but this particular author was having trollish behavior.

On a positive experience, I told Julie Ann Walker I wanted more audiobooks for her Biker series and finally they released one. In Rides Trouble in Audible came out last week of July. So yes it's really works to leave feedback.
