Hear hear on the moderator team! One thing that users can do to grease the wheels, though, is try to use informative Subject lines. This is useful everywhere - you know which are the fluff threads, which are people asking for help, which are people having a rant or a wibble.

All of these threads have their place, but it's courtesy to fellow users to telegraph which is which. I came into this thread because its title suggested to me that this was a new user having trouble operating their Kobo and not knowing (being new or distressed) how to format their Subject line informatively, and I wanted to help them with their Kobo. That would be my only critique, and it's a relatively small one in the grand scheme of things.
