Do you mean just settings? I can't remember something more "advanced" than that...to get there:
1) if you are on the home screen, touch the three lines in the top right corner. This brings up a box, that has the word settings, tap that. It should bring up all the settings that used to show.
2) if you are in a book, touch the bottom to bring up the regular menu, then touch the same 3 lines at the top right corner. Same as before.
If you are talking about a specific aspect of the settings menu, be more specific
