Almost every eBook store selling MobiPocket books uses DRM, with a few exceptions such as Baen, and the "multiformat" books sold by FictionWise. It will generally (but not always) be described as "Secure MobiPocket".

There are tools for removing DRM from MobiPocket books that you're bought.
