Thanks for clearing all of that up. I had originally started convinced that I wanted a Kindle, then swayed the other way, so I am glad to hear that the problems I thought existed with the Kindle are not really problems.

When looking at ebooks how do I know if a book listed as the mobipocket format is DRM free?
Also, my library uses PDF format, I checked this morning.
