I am not the most tech savvy, so please be patient.
I've been using a much older version of Calibre and started having issues converting CBR files into EPUB or PDF. After many attempts, I decided that maybe upgrading Calibre would be the solution. Big mistake.
I no longer get error messages that the files were unable to convert. Instead, when I attempt to convert a book it brings up a dialogue page that lists every single one of my applications on my Macbook. I tried choosing Calibre as an option, but then the entire program unexpectedly quits and an error page stating it will send the error to Apple pops up.
When I click on a book that is already in my Calibre library it does allow me to view it, so I think it just no longer converts files.
Please help! Should I attach the error page that pops up that says it will send the report to Apple or is there another way for me to get the error info so that I can post it here?
I tried restarting it in debug mode and this is what I got:
Quote:
calibre Debug log

Not sure if I did that right or if that even shows the problem. Please let me know what info you need so that I can fix this issue.
Thank you in advance!
