It's broken for everyone. You get a random number of books loaded and not even the latest ones.
I just make sure to only buy w/ the download option, so I have it backed up and don't have to use the MYK page to get it to my reader (I do believe they'll have it fixed, but it may be a few days... I've seen some reports of this for various of their IP addresses for several days and it seems the bad update rippled out to all their servers over the weekend).
