Amazon's MYK page is broke for me. So I'm not buying anything till they fix it. It will only load like 1500 of my 5000+ Archive! I've contacted support and if anyone here has the same problem please do the same. I found some threads at the official forum that others are having a problem.
I finished my book Escaping Reality! It was really good! 4.5 Stars. It ends with a cliffhanger so I have to wait till October for the next book.
Escaping Reality by Lisa Renee Jones is still on sale for 99 cents and It's well worth the price! It's 50 Shades meets Romantic Suspense. The sex scenes are well done they are not explicit or overly long but very HOT and draws you in emotionally. You can feel the chemistry between the h/h and that's what makes this story work.
So I have to ask how do we feel about writers writing stories in parts instead of one book? Myself I don't mind if the total story doesn't cost more then an actually book that is complete but when you charge outrageous prices for novellas then yes I have issues.

1. What's "Amazon MYK" ?

2. Grr, since you first posted about Escaping Reality I moved it way up my TBR list, but there's so many ahead of it and then I get sidetracked, I swear sometimes I have ADD! I just have SO many GREAT books that I want to read them all NOW! [yes, this is a great first world problem to have] With my OCD at least I finished the 4 I had going at one time [which is totally not like me, again, add in the ADD.]
*look, a squirrel*
3. Re writing series. Well, I refuse to get sucked into what I call 'serials' which are a few pages of a whole book [-100] and the author charges $2-4 per 'book' which I tend to think of as per chapter and feel the author is ripping me off. When it's a 'whole' book [+200ish pages per], and there's only 2-4 books planned in series, then fine, as long as the price is aligned with that going in [$2-5 per book]. JMO
