I don't have any idea how to do that? I can learn ..I have taught myself all I know about computers..no formal training. So just give me steps.
After googling this I see this is something a Computer shop would have to do which I am broke since I just bought this new laptop. I am so upset that I buy something ..2 somethings..and neither new computer can run Caibre like my older one.
