Their "main page appears <HERE>. They seem to be owned by, or affiliated with, Project Gutenberg.

From the main page you can also access their "About Us" page and their "Mission Statement" page.

If nothing else, they look legit. They state specifically that they currently intend to adhere to US copyright law, which would explain the presence of many Doc Savage ebooks. They say that "Life +50" and "Life +70" sites are planned.
