In my humble opinion, you won't see either of them. I am convinced that as power constrains are lifted from mobile devices you'll once again see a convergence to similar platforms, simply for users and application developers familiarity. "What do you want to do today" should be the same on your mobile device and normal computer...even if you will use it for different purposes. Mostly.
