I think you are correct. It might be permissible to mention that you have donated a couple of copies of your book to the library, and even jokingly mention the Dewey decimal system catalog number!. It might be possible to discuss the issues facing self publishing authors and library systems in general (and possibly what Amazon brings to that relationship), but I think treating this as an overt marketing opportunity might not be viewed too favorably.
