Yesterday I have installed the latest version on my Mini too, I did a clean install (from factory reset to 2.6.1), I used fmon instead of kobolauncher, everything works great,

But I have the same problem! After every reboot from koreader the library is empty (but book files are on my device, strange) and I have to connect to PC and use calibre to get it working again :<

Specifically, the 'books' listing gets empty, shelves stay the same but books listed in them are like ghosts, 'unknown' and they don't work.

I can't even launch koreader after a reboot because the .png disappears from library, too, I have to call a database refresh with calibre ;<

EDIT: I tried deleting the database and letting my kobo refresh it but that was just stupid -,-
