I'm not sure that there is a standard convention on this, but I agree that Anthology means a collection with one topic / multiple authors to me.

I use Collection for a book with multiple short stories or novellas by one author, and Omnibus for bundled novels or novels + shorter works [The Complete Mark Twain, for example].
