I have this issue with this version of Calibre.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\ui.py", line 524, in another_instance_wants_to_talk
File "json\__init__.py", line 338, in loads
File "json\decoder.py", line 365, in decode
File "json\decoder.py", line 383, in raw_decode
ValueError: No JSON object could be decoded

Tells me It is unable to load json when I go to open an epub from a location on my computer to add it to Calibre.
For example I would click on the file Ebook.epub to open it and have it imported into 64 bit Calibre. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what is the fix?

Ok so reinstalled it and used the repair feature, looks like the issue is corrected.
