This resonates strongly with so much that I rant about (elsewhere) that I'll just say here that I whole-heartedly agree with you.

I also don't see the Info menu-but I did (finally) see the About link-briefly. Never managed to click on it before it disappeared but I did see where it was. One of the worst features of this site is the 'endless' page. As you reach the bottom the bottom disappears and another long 'page' shows up. I've seen this in catalogs for places I only shop at when I'm searching for something particular-and then I use the search function. This site has an easily findable search tool but nothing to tell you what you might search for. That's what the About would do-if you could find (and reach) it. Thanks.
