Yes I know, I can't think of any that are otherwise, except some Delphi programs but they don't last 5 minutes here.
I press Menu Key ↑ for Modify, ↑↑ for Count Pages, ↑↑↑ for Convert, ↑↑↑↑ for Edit etc. I use ↑ rather than ↓ because when my right forefinger presses the menu key, my ring finger is naturally positioned over the ↑. To press ↓ I have to bend my ring finger quite a long way to a position where I have less fine motor control. My hands got injured, which is why I avoid the mouse for intensive work, so these things are important to me; as they are to people who have arthritis, suffer stroke or are similarly impaired.
So I would prefer that the last item in the context menu is the same in both Book View and the Cover Grid view.
Most programs don't provide any ability to adjust their context menus.
One of the things I really like about Calibre is that fact that it can be driven from the context menu's, and even better, that they are configurable as to what's in them and how they are arranged. IMO it would be a pity to break with that 'fine tradition'.
