It's possible no-ip.com adds an extra page/frame for redirection. I remember this happening with Stanza when I set up my DynDNS webhop with host masking enabled. I just disabled host masking and everything is working well. In Marvin, I just add it as:
hostname.dyndns.com:external_port/opds
Not too familiar with no-ip but based on some quick reading, I suggest you create a normal redirect (not a port 80 redirect) and then add that to Marvin as:
hostname.no-ip.com:external_port/opds
