My rural Virginia county library is a member of the Blue Ridge Download Consortium.

I can check out up to 10 Overdrive books at a time for up to 21 days. They also have audio books, music and movies. I just checked the number of available e-book titles: 3567 fiction, 763 non-fiction titles.
