Any half way decent 24" monitor with a small format computer bolted to the back running Windows or Linux would do the job; except, I suppose, the iMac looks tidy at the back.

That pyramid shaped cushion is available in UK, but is rather large for a 7" tablet.
Now if I were to talk nicely to my wife . . .
