I installed the disc which came with the webcam before inserting the webcam into the usb port, as told by the manual. I'm not sure if the disc contained the drivers, it just seemed to have software such as "Quick Capture" and Logitech Vid Hd software (I didn't bother setting up the account for the latter as I'm unlikely to use it). I plugged into the usb port when prompted. This installed the webcam software, but I'm not sure if this is the same as the drivers.
