Don't forget about Kovid, who gave us calibre as a solid and dependable base to start with. This whole thing would have been a lot harder for all of us if he hadn't done all the really hard work for us. Daniel Andrei also deserves thanks for discovering that a simple file name tweak was all it took to get over the first KePub hurdle (

Thank
you to everyone who's supported us in making the Kobo drivers as good as they are. The work I do is built solidly upon what davidfor has already done for the main Kobo drivers, which handles the hard parts of interacting with the Kobo devices and frees me to deal with Kobo's KePub format.
An especially big thanks to everyone who's contributed to the extended driver in some way. I've had bug reports, feature requests, conversations, disagreements, questions that made me think, code contributions, money (half way to the cost of that troublesome Aura!), and support in debugging problems, all in quantities that far exceeded what I was expecting when I started what was really just a little weekend project to see if I could make my Glo give me access to the better (IMHO) rendering engine. I'm still somewhat amazed to look and see over 1400 downloads of the current version of my driver just from the official calibre install methods. The extended Kobo driver wouldn't be half as good as it is if it weren't for all of your contributions.
