Perfectly true. The problem tends to be that some people are more easily seduced than others, and those that are tend to see something new and it makes them yearn for those things that are better on the new reader and ignore the things that are actually better on their current reader, and so it goes on and on.

I'm still sitting here with my Kindle 3, patiently waiting on a new reader with side page turn buttons and not just touch-screen only, with the ability to jump back/forward a chapter with a single click or swipe, and a lighted reader with as good contrast as my Kindle with the light off. I think I might be waiting an eternity and will probably end up being seduced by something shiny and new (but not quite perfect) anyway.....
