Instead, the company has really undermined its credibility and everything they say and do is to be taken with a grain of salt. It's a shame because I had really considered buying one of their readers but now I am really hesitating, not knowing which reviews were authentic and which were payola/partisan.
Trust: Something that is easily broken and difficult to regain.
