I have been unable to find a telephone number for this company. They have a web site which has an enquiry form on it but it appears that when you submit an enquiry it goes straight through to Kobo c/s in Canada. The reply I got back from Kobo c/s in Canada said "as its under store warranty we cant help you, contact the retailer!!!!@" which I am unable to do. You may know the company concerned they have the same name as a very well know bookseller here in Australia....but it turn out they are completely independent of the other well know company. If I had known this I would of gone to JB HiFi instead for my reader.
