Thanks guys, I will have to give this a try.
Will need to load it onto 3 kiddie tablets and sync the necessary books. I already have them connected to my app store (with parental pin to avoid in app purchase) and as long as I can control what books download and I can still side load others, this should do nicely. Just don't want it to be to hard for them to navigate.
Will let you know how it goes but if anyone sees something they think might work better, let me know
