Can anyone explain this weirdness?

I was searching the painfully slooooow Penguin US site for collections and bundles and noticed Kensington titles popping up in the results. The imprint is even listed as Kensington.

The entire Kensington catalog is not present but there is a lot of it. Is/Did Kensington get sold to Penguin? Is this some kind of partnership?

Weird.
