One thing you might want to backup is your bookmarks if you use Firefox FEBE backup will do that with your extensions. There is a
program that backups Chrome and it works with IE.

Mail Settings
Favorites (Bookmarks)
Extensions
Documents
Pictures
Downloads
Music
Desktop
Calibre Settings folder
Public Folder stuff
I do weekly backups of these to my external drives.
My Calibre folder is on a external drive so I never have to worry about it and I have it back up in three other places.
