Agreed, but a dual screen reader has more uses than just reading PDFs.

But you did include the margins, which are often much fatter than a bezel. A 12 inch screen would probably do very nicely for PDF. A 14.2 inch screen device would have 40% more area, volume, and weight than a 12 inch screen device with the same thickness and density.
