I will say, simply as the contrarian of the bunch, that I've read a letter-formatted PDF on an iPod touch, 4th generation. (It was a raw galley PDF that I received for review purposes.) It's not exactly my favorite way to read, but it got the job done.

These days, I'd be using my iPad mini in a heartbeat...but I'd still wish it were an EPUB that I could read on my Kobo Glo.
