A customer support tech from the telephone company decides to try shooting a gun at a local firing range.
He loads up the gun and fires off five shots at the target. The instructor reels in the target and says, "They all missed."
The phone tech then places his finger over the end of the barrel and pulls the trigger, blowing the tip of his finger clean off.
The phone tech looks at the instructor and replies, "Everything works fine on this end, so the problem must be at the target."
