Use a different cover
I'd like to be able to use a different image from the one in cover.jpg for the output of a conversion

So I tried dragging the desired picture into Book Cover in the conversion dialogue, see Capture1 - that looked like it was going to work, but it didn't see Capture 2 - the MOBI has what's in cover.jpg, not what I dragged into Book Cover

So I tried putting the desired picture file in the Change cover image field in the conversion dialogue, see Capture 3 - that did work, but it also overwrote what was cover.jpg - see Capture 4

The result I'm after is shown in Capture 5
