As theducks said, just use the same library. The only issue is the output profile for any conversions. The AuraHD has a much higher resolution screen, so can take better images. I usually recommend using the "Tablet" profile as it doesn't resize the images and the Kobo devices will handle them well. But, I don't know how well the Sony will handle these. I would suggest doing some tests and seeing if there is a problem. If so, stick with the Sony output profile.
The other thing is the metadata plugboards. These can be set at the device level. So, you can decide if you want different settings for the two devices.
