Completed A Test of Wills by Charles Todd received from library's Overdrive collection. The writing skill of this mother/son team was good but the mystery plot had a few holes. I can't say more without giving it away. There seemed to be a lot of waiting around for a breakthrough and re-questioning persons-of-interest. Characters were described as complex but little in their actions and speech confirmed such. The most interesting part was the post traumatic stress syndrome experienced by WWI veterans. Rated C- [2 stars]. Probably, won't continue the series.
