At the same time, ideally, I wanted something with a tie to some real word, but not one one that would be instantly recognizable -- people tend to get more insulted when they aren't quite sure what they're being called you understand.
I believe I have finally settled on a word that fits the bill, and I'm turning to my faithful comrades here to help me get it into general use.
The word is: derog -- "de" rhymes with "see" and has the accent, "rog" rhymes with "log."
Say it with me: "derog." See how nice and staccato that sounds? Very insulting.
It's (sorta) the root of " derogatory" and " derogate" so it theoretically has a connection to the idea of belittling or holding in contempt, which is a bonus.
So, simply put, a "derog" is "someone I hold in contempt or wish to insult."
How's that for a first foray into the world of mozzling?

i like it. it's got good vowels you can draw out contemptuously, and a nice hard ending like a smack. "i derog the incompetent design team who made my stupid lg phone". yep. i approve.
first mozzle ??? really ? well nicely done.
