You might consider what I'm doing then. I use SugarSync for only my Calibre Library and Copy for all else, especially my photos I don't want to lose, which are larger files to begin with.

SugarSync works perfectly to download directly to my Kobo Glo without any hitches at all (also to my phone should you ever want to use that). It starts you out with 6.1GB (5GB to start, 500MB for the referral, and 625MB for completing certain initial tasks). So it's already more than 3x the size of DropBox. Get more friends to signup and you can keep adding 500MB amounts for each referral, up to a max of 32GB for free accounts.

It has a very nice interface, is easy to use, and the trick with just using shortcuts to folders works perfectly with SugarSync so you don't have to move any folder locations. I've been very happy with it for my ebooks.
