Since you own a K3 (Kindle Keyboard) you have the option to put the K3 software on your DX to make them more similar (if you feel comfortable with it). At present, my K3 (a replacement from the original) is running firmware 3.4 and my DXG is running 3.3 (from my original K3 image).
