@fxp33 - If you mean can you change the organisation of the Calibre library folders from its Library/Author/Title structure then the answer is - no.

If you mean can you 'replicate' Calibres Library/Author/Title structure on the SD that you use in your Kobo then the answer is - yes.

Most Calibre functions only recognise 2 levels of folders - Author folders and Title subfolders, including save to disk. If you want Library folders on your SD you will have to create them manually and use them as the Destination directory in the Save to Disk dialogue.

The settings as shown in attachment should achieve you want - epubs only, no cover or metadata files etc.
